NBA Rookies Voted on Their Favorite Player and No One Picked Steph Curry

Devin Booker got some rookie love.

The NBA conducted their annual rookie survey in which the rookies are asked to name their favorite NBA player. The favorite by a considerable margin was LeBron James, who won 38 percent of the vote.

Kevin Durant came in second with 20 percent. Tied for third are Kawhi Leonard and Damian Lillard's 8 percent. James Harden and Devin Booker tied behind them with 5 percent. Shockingly, Yahoo Sports reported that not one rookie voted for Warriors superstar Steph Curry.

Kevin Durant - 20%
Kawhi Leonard - 8%
Damian Lillard - 8%
Devin Booker - 5%
James Harden - 5%

Along with their favorite NBA player, the first-years also picked who they expected to be named Rookie of the Year. No. 1 pick Zion Williamson topped the list with 35 percent. followed by No. 2 pick Ja Morant's 27 percent. Zion's teammates RJ Barrett and Cam Reddish are tied for third with 5 percent of the vote.
