The Air Max 90 is not the only model featured in Nike's "Be True" collection this year. One of the brand's newest models, the Air Max 720, has also been covered in a color scheme to celebrate LGBT Pride month.
This pair's upper is covered in a gradient fade that incorporates all of the colors of the rainbow. The design is inspired by the Pride flag. The signature of Gilbert Baker, the flag's designer, can be seen etched on the lateral heel portion of the midsole. This Air Max 720 is completed with black detailing and "Be True" written in bold white lettering on each heel pull tab. The upper sits atop a translucent Air Max unit.
Look for the "Be True" Nike Air Max 720 to hit select retailers on Saturday, June 1 for $180.
