As the highly anticipated return of Cleveland Cavalier's point guard Isaiah Thomas nears, Nike will honor him with a special colorway of the Kobe A.D.
The "Mighty I.T." pair features a wine and gold colorway borrowing the palette of the Cavs' jerseys. Thomas' "I.T." initials are seen on the heel of the shoe, which also has a mini Swoosh on the lateral and a icy/gum combo on the sole.
According to J23app, the shoes will drop on Jan. 6, 2018, which aligns closely with Thomas' return. Note that Nike has not confirmed this release date.
Before suffering a hip injury, Thomas' preferred on-court footwear was the Nike Kobe A.D, with his rotation including player exclusive colorways of the shoe.
