After months of waiting and a few pre-launches, the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 "Cactus Jack" officially launched through Nike's SNKRS app this morning.
One of the most anticipated releases of the year so far, the retros, highlighted by a large inverted Swoosh along the medial side, caused the expected frenzy online. However, that was compounded by some kind of payment processing error suffered by SNKRS users for more than 20 minutes after the 10AM EST launch. Once orders started to go through, sizes quickly disappeared and the shoe sold out—clearly not a problem for the middle-aged men in the photo Travis shared on Instagram moments before the drop.
While a few were lucky, most who attempted to lock down a pair were left empty handed and took to their Twitter accounts to voice the usual Sadderday frustration. The term 'SNKRS App' even trended #1 in the United States and Worldwide. Here's a rundown of some of the best reactions to this morning's release.

I’m sorry but Nike just needs to start selling shoes in stores again. If you get robbed you get robbed but that’s more fair than this bullshit ass “app”
