NYC-based artist Aurora Anthony is gaining attention through both his music and his streetwear brand 100 Wolves, so much so that Nike just hooked him up with a friends-and-family exclusive Air Force 1.

Designed to coincide with the release of his album Tunde, Aurora Anthony’s 100 Wolves x Nike Air Force 1 Low pays respect to his Nigerian heritage. It uses white and green as its base colors—a reference to the country’s flag—as well as black on the sole and details. A personal touch is added at the heel of the shoe, which features 100 Wolves logo embroidery on the outer sides while the right heel tab is embroidered with the name of the album in red.

Sources tell Complex that just 25 pairs of this 100 Wolves x Nike Air Force 1 Low were created.

“I inverted [the flag colors] and made the inner tack in the shoes and the lock-up green with suede to show the luxury of where I’m coming from,” Aurora Anthony tells African magazine Native. “I want everyone to have an all-white shoe and feel comfortable owning an all-white shoe without having the problems of wearing an all-white shoe.”

This isn’t the first time the rapper has worked with Nike. In addition to community initiatives and modeling work, Aurora Anthony participated in the custom Cultivatator Series in 2018, where he created a white-and-green tumbled leather Air Force 1 High (pictured below).
