The Uncharted film is finally due to arrive in February, and PlayStation Productions has unleashed the first trailer.

Starring Tom Holland as Nathan “Nate” Drake, and Mark Wahlberg as his mentor Victor “Sully” Sullivan, Uncharted is an adaptation of the video game series of the same name. Also starring are Sophia Taylor Ali as Chloe Frazer, Tati Gabrielle as new character Braddock, and Antonio Banderas as the mysterious villain after the same treasure as Nate and Sully.

The trailer appears to throw in a few nods to the Naughty Dog-developed games, with plot elements borrowed from both Uncharted 3 and 4. The airplane setpiece that ends the trailer is straight from the third game in the series, right down to Nate falling out of the plane and immediately cursing in pain. Despite that, the Ruben Fleischer-directed movie has been pitched as an origin story for the character, so it’s safe to assume this won’t be a one-to-one adaptation.

Plans for an Uncharted film were announced all the way back in 2008, less than a year after the first game in the series was released on PlayStation 3. The project went through a number of directors, including David O. Russell, before it officially entered pre-production with Zombieland helmer Ruben Fleischer last year. PlayStation plans to release a remastered collection of A Thief’s End and The Lost Legacy, the fourth game and its spinoff, for PS5 and PC early next year.

Watch the trailer for Uncharted above. The movie hits Feb. 18.
