Ahead of its launch next month, The Boys—executive produced by a team of creatives that includes Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg—has been given a new trailer.

The new glimpse at Season 3 spans more than two minutes, offering the ideal sampling for fans before the latest batch of the Prime Video hit debuts on June 3.

Catch the new trailer for The Boys up top. Below, read the official Season 3 synopsis for further teasing of what lies ahead for the series, which—as previously reported—will see Supernatural alum Jensen Ackles joining the cast as Soldier Boy.

“It’s been a year of calm. Homelander’s subdued. Butcher works for the government, supervised by Hughie of all people. But both men itch to turn this peace and quiet into blood and bone. So when The Boys learn of a mysterious anti-Supe weapon, it sends them crashing into The Seven, starting a war, and chasing the legend of the first Superhero: Soldier Boy.”

Season 2 of The Boys debuted in the fall of 2020, closing out with the Alex Graves-directed episode “What I Know.” The following December, it was announced that a spinoff—titled The Boys Presents: Diabolical—had received an eight-episode order. The animated series premiered on Prime Video this March.

More recently, as in just last week, The Boys fans received casting news focused regarding another another spin-off, this one set at a college for superheroes. The untitled series was previously said to be centering on the G-Men. The latest to sign on for the project—per a report from Deadline—include Marco Pigossi, Sean Patrick Thomas, and Patrick Schwarzenegger in undisclosed roles.

In tandem with the trailer drop, the cast offered an in-depth, frame-by-frame commentary:
