The next time you or someone you know feels the need to revitalize their preferred chili-crafting process, perhaps a quick glimpse at the Terms of Use for the Peacock streaming service will provide some inspiration.

As revealed in a viral TikTok clip this month from @mckenziefloyd, the recipe for none other than “Kevin’s famous chili” from the American version of The Office is included as a treat of sorts for anyone who bothers to read through Peacock’s terms.

In an update to the terms dated March 18 of last year, it’s noted that Peacock users will find answers to both their “burning legal questions” and the details of a “recipe inspired by Kevin’s famous chili.” After a number of scrolls, users are indeed given the recipe, highlights from which include advice of the 12. oz bottles of beer and finely chopped jalapeño variety.

For the full chili recipe, click here and scroll down until you pass the ninth section (Third Party Services) of the terms.

As Office fans will recall, the oft-sought chili variation made quite the splash on a Season 5 episode of the classic NBC comedy, with Kevin Malone (played by Brian Baumgartner) ultimately dumping out a vat of the presumed deliciousness inside the office.

“The trick is to undercook the onions,” Kevin famously advised in the episode. “Everybody is going to get to know each other in the pot.”
