Ahead of Father's Day, Fabolous joined Sei Less NYC and REFORM Alliance on June 18 for a private luncheon in Manhattan honoring fathers who have navigated the criminal justice system ahead of Father’s Day weekend.

The gathering, held at New York hot spot Sei Less, was designed to uplift fathers impacted by the criminal justice system. Families sat together in a warm, intimate setting as the restaurant served a curated spread of its signature dishes: chicken satays, vegetable spring rolls, crispy chicken wontons, filet mignon and broccoli, Beijing chicken, vegetable lo mein, and chicken fried rice.

Fabolous hosted the event and explained his relationship to the cause. "Fatherhood means everything to me, so being part of something like this with Sei Less and REFORM was an easy yes," he said in a statement. "These fathers been through real challenges, but they never stopped showing up for their kids. I wanted to come through, show some love, and help give them and their families a moment to celebrate."

Sei Less co-founder Dara Mirjahangiry, who opened the restaurant in 2022, framed the collaboration as an extension of what the venue has always tried to do. "At Sei Less, our goal has always been to create moments that go beyond dining and bring people together in a meaningful way," she said. "Partnering with Fabolous this year and continuing our partnership with REFORM Alliance for this Father's Day celebration allowed us to honor fathers who continue to show up for their families despite real-life challenges, and give them an afternoon where they felt seen, celebrated, and supported."

REFORM Alliance organized the event as part of its ongoing push to overhaul probation and parole laws and build genuine pathways to work and wellbeing. The organization, launched in January 2019 by Meek Mill, Michael Rubin, JAY-Z, Robert Kraft, and others, centers its work on replacing a punishment-focused supervision system with one built around accountability, rehabilitation, and opportunity.

Yesterday's luncheon carries forward a tradition Sei Less established last year. In June 2025, the restaurant hosted a similar Father's Day gathering featuring Fat Joe and Jadakiss, drawing roughly 70 attendees, including fathers recently released from prison and were currently on parole or probation.
