Daisy Ridley Raps a Recap of 8 'Star Wars' Movies and Talks Baby Yoda vs. Porgs

Ridley spoke definitively on the unabashed adorability of 'The Mandalorian' breakout star Baby Yoda.

It took just under three minutes for Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker star Daisy Ridley to musically recap the previous eight entries in the Skywalker Saga on Monday's Tonight Show.

Such a skit doesn't really benefit from being written about and should instead simply be watched. You can do that up top or below, whichever you prefer.

During the interview portion of Ridley's appearance, she was asked by host Jimmy Fallon to give her take on who exhibited a greater amount of cuteness between The Mandalorian's Baby Yoda and The Last Jedi's Porgs.

"Baby Yoda," she said definitively. "Look, I'm not a big fan of the Porgs. We worked for six months on The Last Jedi and in every interview, what about the Porgs? I was like, the Porgs were there for a day! I was there every day for six months. We worked hard."

Ridley also brought a Skywalker clip with her, which is tucked in around the four-minute mark in the video above.

Meanwhile, over on CBS, returning director J.J. Abrams honored his Star Wars duty via a new interview with Stephen Colbert. In addition to revealing the first word spoken in the Skywalker Saga closer and pointing out the prescient message the late Carrie Fisher left for him in her Princess Diarist autobiography, Abrams also took a moment to be inundated with questions centered on purported "fan theories" about where Skywalker is taking the franchise:
