Lil Nas X’s sexuality is still a hot topic.

Now, Woah Vicky has chimed in with her thoughts. “I got a few friends that went to school with [Nas X] and they said he was never gay. So I know for a fact what he doing is ‘cause they told him, ‘You gotta do this now if you want,’” the 23-year-old social media personality told the We In Miami podcast.

“I feel like ain’t nobody really gay, in Jesus name amen,” she continued. “It’s getting you popularity, it’s getting you money, getting you views. So it’s like selling your soul.”

Nas X caught wind of Vicky’s comments and responded on Twitter, writing, “Who gives af what ja rule thinks at a time like this.”

The rapper’s sexuality has been making headlines for weeks. Back in March, he made a joke about transitioning that wasn’t well received. He later issued an apology that was met with backlash. Days later, trolls accused him of not really being gay, to which he responded, “Do i have to give head at 3:45 am behind a mcdonalds in chicago on a friday night during the middle of pride month while streaming on twitch and ig live for y’all to realize i am really a fruitcake.”

Lil Nas X continued to make jokes about no longer being gay when Saweetie revealed that Lil Nas is her celebrity crush. Later, he was criticized for tweeting about finding the “gays in Africa” soon after Uganda’s parliament passed anti-LGBTQ+ legislation, which criminalizes homosexuality.
