Halle Bailey is dealing with the changes in her body after giving birth by being open about it.

Over the weekend, Bailey shared a "get ready with me" video on her Snapchat, during which she took time to reflect on her post-pregnancy body. Bailey gave birth to her child, Halo, in December 2023, and it's been quite a journey dealing with the insecurities that come with childbirth and motherhood.

"I'm a little bit thicker than usual," she shared. "All my life I've been like 120 pounds, really skinny, and then I had my baby… then when I was breastfeeding, I lost a bunch of weight, so I felt like my body sort of snapped back."

She continued, "I'm a little fluffy right now because I kind of fell off from my consistent workouts, but I do feel a little bit insecure about it, and yesterday, me and Chloe were on the beach and we made a fun TikTok and I got really insecure about it after."

Bailey revealed she reached out to her sister to take down the video as she felt uncomfortable, and Chloe granted her wish. Bailey also explained how she's working on not being hard on herself because she's focused on a "really cool fucking job" and enjoying her vacation with Chloe and Halo.

"I'm saying this to myself, to just enjoy the moment, and not be too hard on yourself and let yourself live a little and have some fun," said Bailey.

Bailey went ahead and shared a carousel of photos of her posing on the boat with a caption that read, "mom bod." She also shared a video post on Mother's Day where she sang a song with Halo.
