Even with 12 children, Nick Cannon still has his reservations about getting a vasectomy.

In a new clip shared with People during TMZ's Merry Elfin' Christmas special, the Wild 'n Out host responded with uncertainty as to whether he'd undergo the male sterilization surgical procedure. With six women, including his ex-wife, Mariah Carey, Cannon is the father of 12 children, although one, Zen, died in 2022 at five months old after battling aggressive brain cancer.

"I don’t know. I’m not against…shout out to everybody else who has ever done it," Cannon told the outlet about considering a vasectomy.

Cannon added that he "likes the dozen right now," after being asked if he's open to having additional children, to which he answered, "Why not?"

When asked if it's "cheaper by the dozen," the 44-year-old joked, "It’s definitely not." "It’s a rich man’s sport, I’ll tell ya that," he added.

Cannon has gone back and forth about the decision to get a vasectomy several times, as the topic of him being a father of multiple children has been a running joke for years. In 2022, Cannon was invited by Ryan Reynolds to make a 'Vasectomy' cocktail on his YouTube page.

During a campaign with men's handmade soap brand Dr. Squatch, Cannon used their "Ball Valuation Tool," which 'estimated' that his testicles have a $10 million valuation.

"Haters say it’s time for me to stop having kids and put this super sperm to rest, but I’m doubling down on these valuable balls and my future kids," Cannon said in a statement in partnership with Dr. Squatch.

While the jury is still out regarding whether Cannon will have more kids, he was surely well-fed during a busy Thanksgiving across multiple households.
