On Monday, Collider got themselves an exclusive in the form of the first trailer for Arizona, the Danny McBride-starring dark comedy which originally premiered at Sundance this past January. As you'll be able to see in a minute (should you want to) the film takes place in 2009 just after the real-life housing bubble burst. That's not a coincidence because, as you can also see, McBride plays the role of an angry client who cannot sell his house and thus takes it out on his real estate agent, played by Rosemarie DeWitt. The results look simultaneously funny and disturbing.

For those who jumped the synopsis, the rest of the starring cast includes: Luke Wilson, Lolli Sorenson, David Alan Grier, Elizabeth Gillies, and Kaitlin Olson.
