After relocating to Baltimore in an attempt to dodge the press, actor Kevin Spacey was seen in public for one of the only times in nearly two years when he decided to offer the media a peace offering in the form of a slice.

On Sunday, in a clip captured by TMZ, Spacey was seen giving a photographer for the Daily Mail a box of pizza before wishing the man a happy New Year and urging him to "stay warm." While this seems like a harmless gesture, Spacey ignored the presence of another cameraman who asked the actor if he will personally appear at his upcoming hearing.

The pizza-fueled philanthropy looks to be another troll at the hands of Spacey. This is because the hat Spacey was wearing read the phrase "Retired Since 2017," the year actor Anthony Rapp became one of the first people to publicly disclose Spacey's inappropriate sexual advances. Since Rapp at least 15 others have came forward with similar allegations against Spacey. In addition to the hat, Spacey also released a disturbing online video where he reprised his famous House of Cards character to profess his innocence.

"But you wouldn't believe the worst without evidence, would you?" Spacey says through the guise of Frank Underwood. "You wouldn't rush to judgments without facts, would you? Did you?"

It is unclear how the judge will receive Spacey's recent actions as he is due to appear in a Massachusetts court next week where he will be arraigned on a 2016 claim that he sexually assaulted an 18-year-old man at a Nantucket bar.
