DC's Birds of Prey is set to hit theaters in February, and now fans can expect to get their first look at the film just before seeing It: Chapter Two. The sequel to 2017's horror hit has the first proper trailer for Birds of Prey attached, showing the new look for Once Upon a Time in Hollywood star Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn. To coincide with It's debut, the teaser even opens with a reference to Pennywise the Dancing Clown.

The clip has surfaced online before its official release, and it opens with Robbie's Quinn popping a red balloon similar to the ones from It. The very brief preview is set to "Heads Will Roll" by the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, and it looks a lot more fun than the darker output from the early days of the DC Extended Universe. (2016's Harley-introducing Suicide Squad was a bit of an outlier.)

For now, here's a dubbed-over version that's circulating:

Birds of Prey also stars Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Jurnee Smollett-Bell, Rosie Perez, Chris Messina, and Ewan McGregor among others. While there's no confirmation of its rating just yet, it's expected that the Cathy Yan-directed flick will be the first from the DCEU to receive an R.

The Joaquin Phoenix-starring Joker has already received an R, but it's not part of the same continuity. Instead, the movie will launch a more experimental and darker line of comic book adaptations under the umbrella of "DC Black." The thriller has received positive reviews following its premiere at the 76th Venice International Film Festival.

Birds of Prey hits theaters Feb. 7, 2020.
