Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman have had a playful feud for a number of years now, but recently, the two decided to call it off. In announcing the end of their hilarious back-and-forth, Reynolds and Jackman vowed to make commercials for each other. "As a gesture of goodwill, I'm gonna make a beautiful ad for his company, Laughing Man Coffee," the Deadpool star wrote upon calling the truce.
Of course, apparently only one of them actually thought it was a real truce. In a new video the pair shared Wednesday, the two shared the commercials they made for each other's companies. For Reynolds, the Logan actor made a low-effort, trash-talking commercial for Aviation American Gin. Reynolds, meanwhile, put a lot of love into a silly but very professional commercial for Jackman's Coffee.
"Can a cup of coffee be a superhero? 'Cause Laughing Man beans are born with a special power," Reynolds' commercial for Jackman starts. Clearly taken aback by how sincere the effort Reynolds put in is, Jackman starts to look anxious as it's time to show his commercial. "I didn't think the truce was actually real," Wolverine explained to Deadpool.
Looks as though the fake but definitely fun feud is back on.
