Kim Kardashian Instagrammed the story behind the vintage Cartier gold plaque necklace given to her by her husband, Kanye West. The engraved image was inspired by a photo and texts Kanye sent Kim:

This your life/ Married with four kids/ Get people out of jail/ Cover of Vogue/ Go to church every week with your family/ Dreams come true

Kanye's message appears to take inventory of Kim's life and accomplishments, which are led by the mention of their marriage and four children. Back in May of last year, Kardashian helped free 17 prisoners over 90 "or so" days. She's notably aided in the release of Alice Marie Johnson, Momolu Stewart, and Cyntoia Brown. The Wests also appeared on the cover of the April issue of Vogue before their nuptials in 2014. Lastly, she was baptized with her children in Armenia this past October and has been supportive of West's recent devotion to Christianity.
