Who Will Win: This is the day Jon Hamm has been waiting for. With the magnificent Bryan Cranston out of the race due to Breaking Bad's late season, this is the Man Known as Don Draper's year to finally take home a trophy. Fitting that it's also the year he turned in his best performance.

Who Should Win: Jon Hamm killed it. No questions. That's not to say we won't be sorry for Chandler missing out on his last shot; Buscemi, who's doing great, nuanced work on Boardwalk; and even more so for Timothy Olyphant who fluidly displays swagger personified and armed man with giant chip on his shoulder on Justified.

Who Was Snubbed: Sons of Anarchy's third season may not have matched the insta-classic qualities of the second, but Charlie Hunnam's work as the morally confused prince of the SAMCRO motorcycle gang had us floored throughout. If FX was smart enough to submit the season's final episode of its Belfast arc, in which Hunnam's Jax seriously considers letting his infant son remain with a normal adoptive family, and Hunnam still got passed upon, then that makes this the biggest snub of the year, hands down.
