A woman has been taken into custody following a failed attempt to break into Drake’s Toronto mansion, several outlets report.

According to the Toronto Sun and New York Daily News, the unidentified woman was arrested Tuesday after police received reports of a disturbance outside the Bridle Path home. Law enforcement sources told the Toronto Sun that the woman was armed with a knife and allegedly struck one of the security guards with a metal pipe.

“The perpetrator did not get anywhere near Drake,” an insider claimed. “In fact, the intruder did not make it past the front gate.”

The details of the incident remain unclear as Toronto police have yet to release any solid information. Global News confirmed there was an arrest made around 5 p.m. local time outside Drake’s residence, located around the Bayview and Lawrence avenues; however, officers reportedly told the publication that no one attempted to gain entry into the property and no injuries were reported.

Police have since cleared the scene. There’s no word on whether Drake was home at the time of the incident.
