Speaking with Complex in January, Pusha reminded fans that he would soon be releasing the “album of the motherfucking year.” Asked what name he would give this new era, Pusha noted he takes “the game so lightly” and detailed why there’s no chance of anyone besting him when it comes to the foundation of his creative work.
“I just want them to understand my foundation, and when it comes to my foundation, ain’t nobody fucking with me on that,” Pusha said. “So now I just take it all so lightly, and just be great.
