J Cole for Lolla 22 lineup post

Chicago’s biggest weekend for music is returning in July, with a lineup just as big as years past.

Lollapalooza announced its 2022 roster on Tuesday, with headlining performances from Lil Baby, J Cole, Doja Cat, Dua Lipa, Metallica, Green Day, Machine Gun Kelly, and Kygo. Also appearing at the festival will be Big Sean, the Kid Laroi, Denzel Curry, Cordae, Jazmine Sullivan, Don Toliver, YG, Willow, Teezo Touchdown, Baby Tate, Coi Leray, Tinashe, Dominic Fike, and more.

The event will take place from July 28-31 at Chi-town’s Grant Park, with four-day tickets going on sale later today. Four-day general admission starts at $350, with a few other options and packages for music fans willing to dish out some more cash.

This year’s fest will feature Kidzapalooza, a returning music playground with family friendly sets and activities for the little ones. 2022 will also see some NFT options for fans, which will translate to festival experiences come showtime.

Last year, which marked the fest’s 30th anniversary, Lolla won attendees over with headlining sets from Tyler, the Creator, Post Malone, and Megan Thee Stallion, as well as appearances from Young Thug, Brockhampton, Roddy Ricch, Playboi Carti, Flo Milli, Rico Nasty, Jack Harlow, and more.
