Our favorite rapper conspiracy theorist, B.o.B has found himself in a bit of legal trouble.

TMZ reports that the Georgia rapper’s former managers accuse him of withholding millions in royalties from them. The managers have now taken B.o.B to court in a lawsuit worth $3 million.

“I have not seen the lawsuit but am aware my former manager had entered into agreements without my knowledge,” B.o.B told the outlet. “I take my business seriously and look forward to getting to the truth of what happened.” He apparently has 20 days to respond to the lawsuit.

Legal documents obtained by Billboard show that Round Hill Music and Artists Rights Management has alleged the rapper of breaching a deal they made in January 2017, where B.o.B was obligated to give them particular royalties for performing his songs at shows. The management company has also sued his touring company.

The filing, which is bare bones and not very detailed, says, “In an intentional violation of the Assignment Agreement, Defendants have prevented Plaintiffs from collecting the royalties that Plaintiffs are contractually entitled to collect.” It continues, “Plaintiffs now bring this action to reduce their security interest to judgment and to collect damages they have suffered as a result of Defendants’ willful and intentional breach of the Assignment Agreement of at least $3,000,000, together with attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses.”

Over the last few years, B.o.B has made more headlines for his conspiracy theories rather than music, and is known to believe that the Earth is flat. Back in 2020, he explained how he became a flat-Earther, explaining in a video for his BoBCast podcast crew that it was because of a NASA conspiracy video.

“I come across a fucking flat Earth video called NASA’s Hidden Secrets,” he said. “So I clicked on the video, it’s a video of Eric DuBay doing an interview and I was listening to it, like man, let me turn this shit off. I was finna turn this shit off, I swear, and then I was like, hold on let me see what he’s talking about. And so I started listening to the video and I was like, ‘Oh my God, let me do some research.’”
