Rising Toronto singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Jesse Gold is back with “All Over Again”.

Utilizing Gold’s signature mix of pop and R&B, “All Over Again” is a late-’90s-inspired track filled with warmth, dropping just in time for the summer. A lifelong musician, Gold’s music often cites his own romantic misadventures.

The inspiration for “All Over Again” is no exception, citing the small world of the Toronto music scene. “‘All Over Again’ is the product of an ex showing up at one of my shows. When they had the chance to stay, they wanted to go—so now they stand in line and pay full price at the shows,” he explains while referencing one of his favourite lyrics from the track.

“All Over Again” follows Gold’s 2021 EP, Stupid Hours. In the past, he’s worked with Sean Brown, known for his NEEDS&WANTS label, as well as his work with Daniel Caesar

Gold is set to play the Juno Opening Night Awards on May 14. He’s also planning to release a collection of songs throughout the rest of the year.
