The Weeknd showed his humorous side with some fans that poked fun at him with a few posts on Twitter.

Earlier the week, the Toronto megastar shared a pair of tweets that made fun of his role as Tedros on The Idol and a recent performance during his tour where he appeared to look a bit confused.

The first tweet compared The Weeknd to Micky Mouse yelling at Daisy Duck when he's trying to be intimidating with his character Tedros. The "Wicked Games" singer took the joke and used it to call the iconic Disney character "the scariest pimp in the world."

"Mickey Mouse the scariest pimp in the world fuck you mean [four mouse emojis]," he wrote.

The following tweet was a repost of a TikTok video from a performance on the European leg of The Weeknd's After Hours Til Dawn Tour. In the video, the 33-year-old appeared to look lost on stage with the caption of the clip reading, "I think he forgot who he was for a sec."

The Weeknd retweeted the post and explained that he wasn't actually lost but was trying something out during the performance that didn't really go as expected.

"I was trying something … it didn't land… leave me alone lmao [grinning face with sweat emoij]," The Weeknd tweeted.

The Weeknd's show, The Idol, has been drawing more than just hilarious tweets. The show's acting, storyline, and graphic sex scenes have been criticized by many, but The Weeknd's Tedros character has topped it all.

His portrayal as the sleazy club owner has been controversial to say the least thanks to several moments where he displayed behavior that left many fans bothered. During an interview with Complex, The Weeknd revealed he wanted people to become disgusted with his character.

"I wanted to make sure we felt so disgusted by this character. When you think about real-life scumbags, especially brainwashing cult leader types like him, there are so many directions you can go," Tesfaye told Complex. "I went into it, like, 'Why pull the punches? Why take you down a journey and romanticize him? Let's just jump right into it. He's a fucking scumbag.'"
