Lil Nas X is the latest artist to have an object thrown at him while performing on stage. The incident went down on Saturday at the European Lollapalooza Festival in Stockholm, Sweden.
While Lil Nas X was performing, an overzealous fan hurled a sex toy that mimicked a vagina at his feet. In the footage shared by TMZ, the "Panini" singer stopped the show and bent over to look at what was thrown, and once he realized what it was, he addressed the crowd.
"Who threw they pussy onstage?" he jokingly asked the festivalgoers in attendance before continuing his set.
No one was injured as Lil Nas X laughed off the moment and picked his set up where he left off.
The incident was the latest in a string in which performers have been confronted with unruly behavior from fans.
Last month, Bebe Rexha took a phone to the face after a fan threw it at her during a show in New York City. She fell to the ground in obvious pain and was later rushed to the hospital to receive several stitches.
Kelsea Ballerini was also hit with an unknown item thrown by a fan during her performance in Boise, Idaho on June 28. Ballerini then turned her back to the audience to talk to her violinist before exiting the stage to tend to her injury. When she returned to the stage, the country singer asked the crowd not to throw anything at her.
Pink also had an encounter with a fan throwing an item at her, but her situation was much stranger than the others. During her performance, a fan threw a bag of their mother's ashes onto the stage.
"Is this your mom?" Pink asked as she picked up the bag. "I don't know how I feel about this."
