TOBi has accepted Drake’s "I wanna see who's barring up" challenge and released his own cover of Drake and J.Cole’s single "Evil Ways" on For All The Dogs: Scary Hours Edition.

"Challenge accepted," the Juno Award-winning artist said. He's one of many Toronto rappers who embraced the call out from October's Very Own to hop on the instrumentals from his most recent album, which he dropped last week. In the States, Fabolous did the same with a freestyle of his own.

You can listen to TOBi taking on "Evil Ways" and tagging Drizzy and J. Cole below. The track was co-produced by fellow Canadian Boi-1da.

“When a sample plays I invoke the spirit of originators, simple math to sum it up I’m a difference maker,” says TOBi as he begins his first verse on the record.

“My guy didn’t disappoint with the bars”, one user commented while another said “good lord, let me go delete my scary hours freestyle, (fire emoji) jk."

That's not all, the Toronto rapper went back for more on another IG post.

"My bro challenged me to write this verse ASAP and the stream of conscious reveals what's important," he said in the caption.

TOBi dropped new album Panic last month. He talked all about it with Complex Canada in a new interview.
