Children Of Zeus are very much still alive and kicking, but over the past few months, Tyler Daley has been exploring a few things on his own. There’s been renewed activity on his SoundCloud page and now he’s put out his first solo visual.
Showing off his golden neo-soul vocal style and razor-sharp abilities as a rapper, Tyler’s new single, “These Cards”, also spotlights his talents as a producer. Building himself a steady, low-slung rap beat, it’s shot through with that unmistakable Mancunian swagger.

Premiere: [ K S R ] Calls On Children Of Zeus To Reinterpret One Of Their Recent Gems On “CGWY”
The new track flips "Get What's Yours", which was originally released last year as a stopgap before Children Of Zeus' recent album 'Balance'.
In line with that, the video from Matt Guest and Rob Dalton follows Tyler and a few pals (including Children Of Zeus cohort, Konny Kon) as they sit round a poker table for a game of cards, splicing in occasionally rotoscoped shots of Tyler set against the grey Manchester skyline.
