PinkPantheress has been on the climb ever since her TikTok earworm “Just For Me”, and she’s maintained an impressive momentum ever since. In 2021, she made her longform debut with to hell with it and now, in the same year she confessed she missed an invitation to work with Kendrick and a move into dance-pop, she returns with another landmark: her debut album, Heaven Knows.

The British singer-songwriter and producer has kept the number of features short but impressive, tapping Central Cee, Rema, Kelela and Ice Spice. Although she stays true to the DIY style that first endeared us to her on “Just For Me”, Heaven Knows also sees her expand her vision with a raft of producers such as Mura Masa, Danny L Harle, London On Da Track, Wonder, Sam Gellaitry, Greg Kurstin, Oscar Scheller, Phil, Cash Cobain, Count Baldor, BNYX, Presplay, Vitals and RISC.

To celebrate the album, PinkPantheress also released visuals for “Nice To Meet You” with Cench. The perfect meeting point between her Gen Z dance-pop and Cench’s 808s-loaded drill sound, the video treads a similar path with shots of PP and some pals dancing to the Jersey-inspired chops. We then cut to the West London rhymer in grimier settings, before the two are united once more.
