Young Money Radio

We already have Drake's OVO Sound Radio and Nicki Minaj's Queen Radio on Apple Music, and now it's time for the boss himself to hit the airwaves. Tonight, Lil Wayne launched Young Money Radioon Beats 1 where he plans to talk sports, music, comedy, and everything else with some of the other heavyweights in the industry like himself as well as other influential figures.

One of the first guests on the show is the mayor of Wayne's hometown of New Orleans, LaToya Cantrell. This is an interesting and unique guest to kick the show off with, but it makes sense because of how much Wayne cares about his hometown community.

Another guest that joins Wayne in the inaugural episode is NFL and MLB legend Deion Sanders. Wayne joined the NFL's charity Draft-A-Thon last night to share his excitement for Sanders joining him on the first episode, and told a story about how he grew up loving to play with Green Bay Packers legend Brett Favre on Madden after the Packers won the Super Bowl in New Orleans back in 1997.

Wayne also sat down with Jedrick Wills, who was the No. 10 draft pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. He was selected by the Cleveland Browns.
