Wifisfuneral continues the new chapter of his sound with his latest single, “Where I’m Going.”
Wifi release the single on Thursday and paired it with a video that mirrored the artist’s new approach. As Wifi raps in the video, his movements shift from moving backward at a rapid pace to quickly jumping forward. Costarring alongside the rapper, is a female counterpart and yellow luxury sports car.
“I got horsepower, shifting third gear inside the Benz/30 round hollow tips, we toke FN,” Wifi raps. “Fuck is 30 band? I’ve been getting money from the beginning/This ain’t really how you feel, it’s okay well shit I get it.”
“Where I’m Going” will be featured on Wifisfuneral’s new EP, Smoking Mirrors. This project is set to release on May 28 and will continue the new sound he created with his 2020 album, PAIN?. Smoking Mirrors will feature production from the acclaimed producer JetsonMade, Wifi’s frequent collaborator Nvbeel, and more. Wifi also posted a preview of a new track that will be featured on his upcoming project.
