Here Are Summer Walker's First-Week Projections for 'Still Over It' (UPDATE)

UPDATED 11/9, 10:49 a.m. ET: In its first 24 hours of release, Summer Walker’s Still Over It crushed numerous records.

These, per a press release, include Apple Music’s biggest debut for an R&B album, and for any album by a woman-identified artist. The LP is No. 1 in 40 markets on Apple Music and five markets on iTunes. Still Over It is also No. 1 on the service’s All-Genre chart, and all 20 songs are sitting comfortably between No. 1 and No. 22 on the All-Genre Top Songs chart.

Summer Walker could be in for a big streaming week.

Hits Daily Double has released their first-week projections, noting that Summer Walker’s new album Still Over It is on track for a No. 1 debut. HDD reports Still Over It is projected to have on-demand audio streams of 225-250 million, with the record landing in the 185,000 to 210,000 range on Friday’s HITS Top 50.

In 2019, Billboardreported Walker’s first studio LP launched at No. 2 with 134,000 equivalent album units earned. The set garnered 14,000 album sales, 1,000 TEA units, and 119,000 SEA units. Even then, Walker accomplished the biggest streaming week for an R&B record by a female artist. She broke a streaming record previously held by Beyoncé’s Lemonade.

Still Over It is supported by singles “Ex for a Reason” and contains features by SZA, Ari Lennox, Lil Durk, Omarion, and more.
