Future: I Didn’t Want Desiigner's Name Mentioned in My 'Rolling Stone' Cover Story

Future appears on the cover of the latest issue of Rolling Stone, and he wastes no time showing his true feelings for Desiigner. Asked about the similarities between the two artists' styles, Future declines to even discuss him. "I never worried about anyone else... I don't even want his name in the article," he said.

Desiigner has long been accused of jacking Future's style. His breakout hit "Panda" is often mistaken for a song by Future, and he's courted controversy by writing a song called "Pluto" and releasing an image of himself as Prince in Purple Rain.

Elsewhere in the interview, Future gets very candid about his failed relationship with Ciara. The story reveals that she was very unpopular with Future's friends, who viewed her as "bougie" and thought she was trying to change him.

"I can't even think about it," Future said of their failed relationship. "I never imagined my life would be like that: 'I'm going to sue you and take away from you.'" He also noted that he dealt with the heartache by recording. "I don't know how to deal with something like that," he said. "All I know is record, record, record, record."

Despite all the drama, he claims to wish her well. "Her being successful, her being happy, helps me... I'm attached to you. If you're happy, I'm happy. You're connected for life. I don't want you to go through this shit and for it to come back on my son, my kid. I want you to be in the best situation."
