Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz have been on the promotion circuit for their new joint album ColleGrove, and last night they appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live to perform "Gotta Lotta" out at SXSW. The two veteran rappers brought a ton of energy to the stage, and the crowd was certainly hyped to see the two major stars join forces. We can't be the only ones that want them to take this show on the road.
Their album has been pretty well received, spawning the singles "Rolls Royce Weather Everyday" and the aforementioned "Gotta Lotta." They originally premiered the former song on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon back in February. Chainz and Weezy dropped ColleGrove two weeks ago, at the same time as Kendrick Lamar's untitled unmastered. The pair have a long history, going back to their 2007 song "Duffle Bag Boy," when 2 Chainz was still part of the rap collective Playaz Circle. You can check out Chainz and Weezy's performance in the video above.
