Trey Songz is facing a $25 million lawsuit over an accusation he raped a woman at a party in March 2016, Rolling Stone reports.

The woman, only identified as Jane Doe, filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles on Thursday. The accusation is from the same woman at the center of a civil case last year, which was dismissed after the statute of limitations expired. She has named the singer’s record lable Atlantic Records, his manager Kevin Liles, and 300 Entertainment as defendants in the lawsuit, too.

In a statement, her attorney George Vrabeck has argued that Atlantic Records should be held responsible for the singer’s actions. Vrabeck also accused the label and Liles of ignoring the numerous allegations against Songz, as at least three women have made accusations against him including former University of Las Vegas women’s basketball team member Dylan Gonzalez.

“This case is much more than about one singer and one viciously abused sexual assault survivor who has the courage to take action,” Vrabeck said. “It’s also very much about the systematic sexual abuse in the music industry and the music industry’s complicity in silencing sexual abuse survivors. It’s virtually impossible to believe that those executives are not and were not aware of the institutionalized sexual abuse.”

In a post shared on his Instagram Stories, Trey Songz appeared to respond to the lawsuit. “Lies will never be the truth,” he wrote. “No matter who chooses to believe such. ALHAMDULILLAH."

As Doe previously alleged in her first lawsuit, she attended a party with the singer in the West Hills of Los Angeles when he led her to a bedroom. Doe said she expected to have another consensual sexual encounter with Trey Songz, but when they got into the room he allegedly threw her to the ground and anally raped her. According to the lawsuit, she repeatedly told him to stop. She said she was later taken to a nearby hospital by a concerned Lyft driver, where she was given medical treatment and sexual assault counseling.

In December, Trey Songz turned himself in to police custody after he was accused of assaulting a man and a woman at a bowling alley in New York City.
