After releasing his album La Vida Es Una earlier this year, Myke Towers has teamed up with J Balvin for the “Celos” music video.
The slick video for the La Vida Es Una track sees the two artists link up in New York City, where they perform the song from a variety of locations including on the top of a taxi cab. The two have collaborated a number of times, including “Billetes de 100” in 2021 and on the remix of the Miky Woodz track “Pinky Ring” in 2019.
“I’ve had the privilege of working with Jose on past collaborations and I was really excited to be able to work with him again for CELOS,” Towers said in a statement to Complex. “The track is a hit and one of my favorites off of the album! We got together in New York to film the video and had so much fun putting it together. I feel we really captured the essence of CELOS and loved the final product! I hope everyone enjoys the video!”
Prior to the release of La Vida Es Una, the Puerto Rican superstar inked a deal with Puma to become its first-ever Motorsport Lifestyle Ambassador. As part of the partnership, he’ll assist in content creation, marketing campaigns, and various other projects for the brand.
“I’ve been a fan of the brand for many years. Mixed with my love of cars, working with Motorsport just makes sense,” said Towers. “We are going to go fast and do some really cool things; looking forward to this partnership, let’s go!”
