Desiigner is being charged with indecent exposure after he allegedly exposed himself on a plane and masturbated in front of flight attendants, TMZ reports.
Authorities claim that the “Panda” rapper exposed his penis while in first class during a Delta flight last week. Flight attendants noticed he was pleasuring himself, and was told to stop multiple times. Eventually, Desiigner was asked to move to the back of the plane so he could be monitored by two people he was traveling with. The FBI affidavit pertaining to the incident said that a jar of Vaseline was found in the aisle of the plane after he moved.
When he spoke with the authorities upon landing in Minneapolis, Desiigner allegedly said he “didn’t really get much … cootie” during his visit to Japan. According to legal documents, Desiigner told them he was “brick hard” when he got to his seat for the flight. He said one of the flight attendants aroused him, and he said he “kind of showed her, showed her, uh, ‘the magic stick’” as “encouragement.” During his interview with the FBI, he did not appear to be under the influence, although he did say he wasn’t taking medication that was prescribed to him while in Thailand.
In a statement released last week ahead of the reports on the charges he’s facing, Desiigner apologized for his actions.
“For the past few months I have not been ok, and I have been struggling to come to terms with what is going on,” he wrote. “While overseas for a concert I performed at, I had to be admitted in to a hospital, I was not thinking clearly. They gave me meds, and I had to hop on a plane home.”
“I am ashamed of my actions that happened on that plane,” he continued. “I landed back to the states, and am admitting my self in a facility to help me. I will be cancelling all of my shows and any obligations until further notice. Mental health is real guys, please pray for me. If your not feeling like yourself please get help.”
