After confirming her relationship with Yo Gotti at the start of the year, Angela Simmons has showered her boyfriend with praise once again.
“Pretty sure I have the best man in the world,” she wrote on her Instagram Stories alongside multiple heart emojis. “Big smile.”
The two went IG-official in January, after rumors circulated for multiple years that they were an item. They confirmed their relationship in a New Year’s Eve photoshoot, though fans have speculated about them since at least 2015, when Gotti proclaimed his love for her on the hit single “Down in the DM.” During that stretch of time, Simmons became engaged to Sutton Tennyson, which was later called off. Gotti and Simmons were spotted partying together for her 35th birthday last year.
Later in January, they made their first public appearance together at a Grizzlies and Cavaliers game, where they sat courtside in Gotti’s hometown of Memphis. A source close to the couple told TMZ around the time that “things are going extremely well for them as a couple, and she even got to meet some of his friends during their trip back to Gotti’s home turf.”
On Valentine’s Day, Simmons shared a series of clips that showed their adventures together. From the variety of locations, including France and Dubai, many assumed they’ve been dating for quite a while despite only just making the relationship public more recently.
