R&B crooners Khalid and H.E.R have teamed up to release the fourth single from Superfly’s forthcoming soundtrack. On "This Way," the two sing about old flames who have left them battered, broken-hearted, and ultimately "this way." The song provides a slower, more vibe-y departure from the previously released flashy singles “No Shame,”“Walk on Minks,” and “Bag.”

These singles precede Director X’s remake of the classic blaxploitation film Super Fly. Earlier this week Future and PartyNextDoor released a video for “No Shame,” directed by X himself, complete with clips of Superfly cast members Trevor Jackson (Grown-ish) and Jason Mitchell (Straight Outta Compton), plus Andrea Londo and Lex Scott Davis.

Superfly will be Director X’s first major motion picture. He’s known for creating visually stunning, high budget music videos for everyone from Justin Bieber to Drake to Kanye West.

Following in the footsteps of Kendrick Lamar’s Black Panther soundtrack, Future is handling the entire soundtrack for Superfly, with the help of various guests. He’s also serving as an executive producer on the film itself. But Future isn’t the only big rapper involved in the remake. It will also feature Rick Ross and Big Boi showing up in small roles.

Curtis Mayfield's original soundtrack for the 1972 classic is a tough act to follow, but judging from the track list and these singles, Future’s attempt will definitely be full of some hits worth hearing. The Superfly soundtrack will feature guest appearances from Lil Wayne, Miguel, Khalid, 21 Savage, Young Thug, H.E.R., Gunna, and Sleepy Brown. It drops on Friday, June 8 and the film hits theaters June 13.
