Drake and Joe Budden helped make Sunday night a little less mundane.

The former foes appeared on Instagram Live Sunday, and engaged in a brief discussion regarding why they have never been able to meet one another in person. "You're the only one that, like, avoids me for some strange reason," Budden said, citing that he's cool with everyone else on OVO. "Never avoid you," Drake responded. "I just don't see you. We're never in the same place."

"Cause I'm too broke?," Budden jokingly asked. "I didn't want to say it," Drake said, with a smile.

Budden brought up how fellow podcasters, Elliott Wilson and B.Dot of Rap Radar, were able to interview Drake late last year when they visited his sprawling multi-million dollar mansion in Toronto, which we got a tour of in his latest video for "Toosie Slide."

Before he left, Drake said that they should coordinate an interview "when the album's ready," but Budden questioned his suggestion, saying, "You've been saying that for a year, and now I have a whole leaked album with like 30 Drake joints." The Toronto rapper reassured him that all of the songs he's talking about are "old shit."

Drake also promised to stay in Budden's IG Live comments in the meantime. "Why do you troll me this way? Honestly? Like, you don't think it's hurtful to me?," Budden asked, to which Drake could only say that his trolling was always meant to have an "encouraging undertone."
