Tinashe 'Songs for You'

Tinashe is back with Songs for You.

The 15-track album hit streaming services Thursday night, more than a year-and-a-half after the singer delivered the long-delayed Joyride. Songs for You also marks Tinashe's first full-length project since signing with Roc Nation's management division and her first since becoming an independent artist. The 26-year-old parted ways with RCA Records back in February, after seven years and multiple projects under the label.

"[...] she wasn’t dropped," Tinashe's manager, Mike Nazzaro, told Rolling Stone about the RCA split. "We initiated for her to be released. It was a positive split for her. It’s giving her back creative control ... took a little while to figure out."

Songs for You includes the previously released singles "Die a Little Bit" with Ms. Banks and "Touch & Go" featuring 6lack. G-Eazy ("So Much Better") and MAKJ ("Save Room for Us") also appear on the album.
