Future's recent homecoming show in Atlanta was highlighted by the rapper extending an olive branch to his collaborator-turned-foe,Ā Rocko.Ā
Their friendship went south in 2016 when Rocko hit Future with a $10 million lawsuit for breaching a 5-year-old contract. Per Rocko, Future signed aĀ contract with hisĀ A1 Recordings whichĀ states that the company has the right to put out Future's first six albums. Future then signed a deal with Epic Records that undercut his agreement with Rocko. This led to several heated exchangesĀ between the two and the estrangement of their friendship. "When n***as go broke they do dumb shit," said Future in response to the lawsuit in FebruaryĀ 2017.
The two were able to settle the case out of court for an undisclosed amount. Now it seems like they have rekindled their relationship as Future brought Rocko onstage to perform their song "Chosen One" together.
Rocko wasn't the only special guest to grace the stage with Future during the ATL stop for his and Meek Mill's Legendary Nights Tour. The WIZRD showed his city love by bringing out 2 Chainz, 21 Savage, Lil Gotit, and Lil Baby.
