Megan Thee Stallion will drop her highly-anticipated collab with Nicki Minaj tonight, and earlier this week she stopped by Daily Pop on E! News to discuss how it came together. She explained how excited she was to get Nicki on a song and how quickly it happened, but she also wanted to tell fans that she's not "picking sides." When asked about the possibility of her not working with Cardi B due to her collaboration with Nicki, Megan made it clear she's not a fan of pitting them against one another.

"I really hate the fact that... It's really like a lot of the fans," she said at the 1:40 mark of the interview. "They really make it seem like you're picking sides. I really, really, really like both of them. They're two different people, two different rappers. It's not even the same. I feel like we need to stop trying to compare them. I love both of them, so I would definitely like to collab with Cardi too."

Nicki and Cardi have a complicated relationship, to say the least. The two rappers have consistently been compared by fans, sparking a feud that has threatened to boil over ever since 2017. Either way, Megan has highlighted that she's completely happy to be fans of both of them, maybe even being a peacemaker of sorts.

Megan will release her highly-anticipated Nicki-featuring "Hot Girl Summer" tonight.
