Since Nipsey Hussle's death, the Marathon clothing store has reportedly experienced a major boost in sales.

According to XXL, the rapper's team has confirmed that more than $10 million worth of clothes and accessories have been purchased from the store. After Hussle was murdered in the store's parking lot on March 31, fans, supporters, and colleagues flocked to the store to pay tribute. But despite the influx of visitors, the bulk of the sales have come from hoodies, hats, and t-shirts purchased online.

Though the massive amount of sales have slowed production and shipping at the Marathon store, they are thankful for the support, and announced that the physical location will be shut down while they play catch up.

"Thank you to everyone who's placed an order with us these last couple of weeks. We appreciate the unprecedented outpour of support. It means a lot to our team and family," the Marathon store wrote on Instagram. "We are working around the clock to fulfill every order placed. We ask for your patience as we get everything fulfilled and shipped out to you."

"Additionally, our flagship store is closed right now," the post continued. "But our online store is open 24/7 to serve you and is the only authorized retailer of our brand. Once again, thank you for your support."
