Rising rapper Co Cash—formerly known as Rico Dinero—reconnects with fellow Memphis native Tay Keith on his new mixtape F.A.C.T.S. (Fuck a Critic I’m the Shit).

The project marks Co Cash’s first full-length release under the Interscope Records banner. It arrives nearly one year after he dropped his debut tape Foolhardy, which, just like F.A.C.T.S., was executive produced by Keith.

“It’s saying, ‘Don’t worry about other people’s opinions, don’t listen to people hating—you know what you’re doing,” OC Cash wrote about the tape.

Da purpose behind my music is to give my listeners a boost in confidence/arrogance & let y’all know you know you da shit regardless of wat a hater say... wit’ dat bein’ said, F.A.C.T.S [Fuck A Critic i’m Tha Shit] droppin’ this Friday 4/26‼️ Executive produced by @taykeith 🖕🏾🤑🖕🏾 pic.twitter.com/dbWBJkbmvE
