Birdman appeared onTheWendy Williams Show to promote his new collaboration album with Juvenile, Just Another Gangster. Baby also let a few things slip about his respective relationships with Lil Wayne and fiancée Toni Braxton.

Wendy asked if Toni’s single, to which Baby replied, “Where did you get that from? Social media I guess. Me personally, I've never been a man that put no energy into social media.”

He also revealed that their fight at the beginning of the year wasn’t real. “It was a cap,” he said, “It was fake. I don't know how this shit even took place but on the real…like I would never be a man to bring none of my business to social media.”

Breakup rumors began circulating when the power couple announced their split via Instagram in January. Toni wrote, “Starting a new chapter isn’t always an easy choice…but ALWAYS choose to be chosen. Cheers to a new year.”

Following the post, the R&B singer deleted the rest of her IG feed, as did Birdman. The two then unfollowed each other, and Baby appeared to confirm the split by posting then deleting “It’s over…” on his Instagram story.

Prior to their purported breakup, Toni had lost her $5 million engagement ring at the airport. But Toni was forthcoming about the situation, which Birdman seems to respect: “She's so G. That's what I like about her.” He added that he’ll buy her another one, saying it “ain't no big deal.”

And, according to the Cash Money founder, he and Wayne are “definitely” back together. “Wayne was a pioneer with us here,” Baby said. “When everything fell apart in different ways, Wayne held everything down. So for me, I just wanted to make sure that whatever he might’ve wanted or whatever he felt he deserved, I wanted to give him that and more.” Birdman also shared that during the course of their business relationship, he’s given Weezy around $300-400 million “in records.”

The two made amends last year. In June, they finally reached a settlement for their three-year, $51 million lawsuit, and later that summer, Baby popped out to Lil’ Weezyana Fest and apologized to Wayne on stage. Weezy finally released his long-awaited The Carter V on his birthday, Sept. 28.
