Since his death, the mystery woman who was carrying the child of XXXTentacion has been shielded by a thick veil of privacy and silence. But, now nine months since his passing, the mother of XXX's son has decided to speak about her relationship with the rapper.
Fans first became aware that XXX was having a baby when his mother Cleopatra Bernard posted a girl's pregnant stomach on Instagram. However, the identity of this woman was hidden until Monday, Feb. 25, when Jenesis Sanchez sat down with Broward County's Local 10 News to deliver her first interview ever.
The 20-year-old Tampa native explains that she's been closed off to the public due to having a high-risk pregnancy and birth. She talks about undergoing an emergency cesarean section after planning to have a home birth.
"The original plan was to have a home birth, but it didn't really work out... At this point, we're at 26 hours in labor. And they were, like, 'I'm sorry. We're going to have to do an emergency C-section," Sanchez said. "I feel like Jahseh and me wouldn't have had it any other way I think it is very strange that the first thing a baby sees are all these doctors with masks and stuff all over their face."

Sanchez then went into detail about her relationship with the rapper. She explains that she and XXX have been together since January 2018 but have known each other for years.
"Me and Jahseh, we are like hermit crabs. We didn't like to go out. We spent a lot of time at home. We spent a lot of time playing video games," Sanchez said. "We really didn't care to go out because even if we did, people were noticing him. We even got to the point where we would go grocery shopping sometimes at midnight."
Sanchez also let it be known that she will not shield their son from the weight and stories of his father.
"I'm definitely not going to ever lie about him. He's going to hear about his dad 24/7. I'm going to tell him about all the fond memories I have with his dad, Jahseh. I'm going to tell him how much his dad would have loved him," she explained. "I know sometimes, probably when he gets older, it will affect him more than now when he is younger, but he's definitely going to know about his father."
