Meek Mill has issued a stern warning to the person who vandalized his grandmother's home.

On Tuesday morning, the CHAMPIONSHIPS rapper tweeted that a white man had spray painted "racial remarks" on the South Philly residence. Meek posted surveillance footage of the unidentified perpetrator vandalizing the home with the word "ACORN"—a term that is reportedly associated with the white power movement and neo-Nazis.

"The crazy part is this was a all black neighborhood 20 years ago," Meek tweeted. "It was gentrified and now this! Just don’t let us catch you coward!"

Meek also shared the footage via Instagram, stating that the family had just purchase the home.

"The funny part is we just bought this house...after it's remodeled more blacks coming soon," he said.

According to TMZ, Philly police have taken an official report and are now investigating the Monday night incident. Sources also told the The Blast that South Philadelphia was recently hit with a string of racist graffiti, and that another location was vandalized with the "ACORN" term Monday night.
