Lana Del Rey has made good on her second “end of summer jam,” with her latest single “Venice Bitch,” released via Zane Lowe's Beats 1 show. She also announced her sixth studio album, following 2017's Lust For Life, is titled Norman Fucking Rockwell and will arrive in 2019.

The ethereal soundscapes of the nearly 10-minute “Venice Bitch” are easily matched with its video, a dreamy visual that features fast-moving cars on a highway, intermittently punctuated with Rey and a few friends living a carefree existence.

The Jack Antonoff-produced song follows the release of Rey's “Mariners Apartment Complex,” which was also produced by Antonoff and came with a video directed by visual artist Chuck Grant, aka Rey's sister.

"Working with Jack [Antonoff], I was in a little bit of a lighter mood because he was so funny," Lana told Lowe of the new album. "So the title track is called 'Norman Fucking Rockwell,' and it’s kind of about this guy who is such a genius artist but he thinks he’s the shit and he knows it and he won’t shut up talking about it."

Rey recently put an Israel show on hold after experiencing backlash from fans and activists. Earlier this month, the singer shared a statement where she explained her reasoning for postponing her performance at Meteor Festival, not because she was boycotting Israel and its human rights violations, but because she was unable to schedule a coinciding trip to Palestine.

“It's important to me to perform in both Palestine and Israel and treat all my fans equally. Unfortunately it hasn't been possible to line up both visits with such short notice and therefore I'm postponing my appearance at the Meteor Festival until a time when I can schedule visits for both my Israeli and Palestinian fans, as well as hopefully other countries in the region. Thanks, L,” the singer tweeted.
