Today is a big day for Smino fans, and not just because he's announced that his next album is currently being mixed. Teasing on Twitter, he told his fans to turn notifications on and dropped two new songs, including a remix of Drake's "In My Feelings," which just debuted at No. 6 on the Hot 100 after spawning a dance challenge.
Smino's two-song set 4sport also includes the new self-produced track "Coupe Se' Yern." The St. Louis rapper previously teased that he was working on a remix to "In My Feelings" over the weekend when he was live on Instagram.
The most exciting part of the announcement regarding the mixing of Smino's album, however, is that the press release for 4sport promises fans can anticipate the full-length "in the coming months."
Asides from his next album, Smino has been keeping himself busy with a number of loosies over the past few months. In May, he joined forces with Mick Jenkins for the formidable "New Coupe, Who Dis?" Produced by THEMpeople and Smino, the track proved the pair make for a fantastic duo, so hopefully we can expect to hear them on more new material in the future.
